Cheraw is a traditional folk dance from Mizoram. It's mesmerizing to watch Mizo people performing this. The men hold long bamboo staves cross and horizontally on the ground and tap them rhythmically, the women dancers move in and out of the bamboo blocks doing graceful movements.
