If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
At Artefakt - Nagpur Dolls, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality handcrafted items. Our team works diligently to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and design. To ensure a positive experience for our customers, we have established the following Returns and Replacement Policy:
Replacement Policy
We do provide replacements in the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with your product. These issues may include damages sustained during shipping (beyond minor hairline cracks if any - which can be very easily covered/fixed), manufacturing defects, or any discrepancies in the product you receive compared to your order.ย
In the above case, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products by email nagpurdolls@gmail.com notifying us of any damage to the product with pics of the product received. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, replacement of the items will be processed. The shipping charges for return and replacement will be borne by the customer.ย
Conditions for Replacement
In order for the goods to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that:
โข The goods were received in the last 24 hours.
โข After 24 hours no request will be taken for replacement.
โข The goods must be in the original condition.
Our intent is always to deliver the best products that will make a home in our clientโs hearts. Thus, we ensure only the best quality reaches our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process.ย
However, these being entirely handcrafted products, please note that there may be slight variations in looks and finish. The colours shown on the website are close to the real colour of the product to the extent possible. However, depending upon your display screen, the colours may vary slightly. Orders other than the in-stock ones might or might not have the same costume fabric and jewellery as in the pictures and customised orders will be as requested.ย
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement. Customer has to write to us within 48 hrs. If a cancellation applies, refund will be initiated, expect the refund within a week (payment-gateway/transaction charge for prepaid orders will be deducted). No cancellation will be made beyond that. Please note that once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, 100% of the order value, shipping and handling costs will be charged.
Returns or Refund
We do not offer returns or refunds on any item, we do provide replacements only in the unlikely event that you encounter any above mentioned issues with your product. These issues may include damages sustained during shipping, manufacturing defects, or any discrepancies in the product you receive compared to your order.
Exchange Policy
We don't offer exchange for any products. As per the policy, place a fresh order for a new product.
